How the model was made

From the stadium visit to the finished model.

Before the finished Malšovická Arena model took shape, we walked through the stadium, compared the available references and refined every stage of production.

  1. 01

    We walked through Malšovická Arena ourselves

    We supplemented photographs, plans and aerial views with a visit to the stadium. On site, we checked connections and details that are difficult to read from images alone.

  2. 02

    We spent dozens of hours building the digital model

    We turned all of that material into a precise 3D design, repeatedly comparing each area with the real arena and refining it until the whole looked right from every angle.

    We fine-tuned the printing in Czechia

    We adjusted the test prints until fine edges and layers remained clean and legible. Speed never took priority over the result.

  4. 04

    We checked the result by hand

    We inspected the finished model from every side and checked its proportions, connections and small elements. Every piece goes through the same manual inspection before packing.

We built Malšovická Arena at XL scale too.

We built a tactile XL model of Malšovická Arena for FC Hradec Králové, which the club uses on stadium tours and in its VIP areas. The club itself is very pleased with the result. Model size

18 centimetres. Four Hradec landmarks.

The stadium stays compact, while its tall lights create a much stronger spatial effect. Coloured stand divisions remain legible from farther away.

The stadium story

A new arena beneath the old lollipops.

Malšovická Arena joins a modern four-stand stadium to Hradec's instantly recognisable landmark: four floodlight towers retained from the old multi-sports ground. The old silhouette therefore survived the rebuild.

The old ground and its lollipops

The Všesportovní stadium occupied today's site. Four distinctive floodlight towers arrived in the 1970s and earned their lollipop nickname from their shape. The ground dated from 1960, the lollipops from 1975.

2022–2023: building a new home

The new multi-purpose arena rose directly on the old site. The four towers were retained, moved closer to the pitch and fitted with LED technology. The city approved construction in March 2021.

The Votroci return

The first league match took place in August 2023, followed by the ceremonial opening on 3 September. All 9,300 seats are covered. The return followed two seasons spent at a temporary home in Mladá Boleslav.
